Schedule Assistant chat: a typed request instantly becomes a calendar event
Features

One conversation. Everything scheduled.

Everything lands in the native iOS apps you already use — Calendar, Reminders, Clock-style alarms, Messages, and Mail.

Real-time voice chat

Talk naturally and get spoken answers with barely any delay. The assistant understands and replies in virtually any language you speak.

Calendar events

Create, move, and search events in your iOS Calendar with a sentence — locations, notes, and alerts included.

Smart reminders

Tasks land in the right list automatically, with due dates, priorities, and alarms. “Buy milk” knows it belongs in Shopping.

Alarms & timers

Scheduled alarms and countdown timers with Live Activities — pause or stop right from the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island.

Messages & email

Say who and what — the assistant finds the contact and drafts the text or email. You always review before anything sends.

Weather & web search

On-device weather for wherever you are, plus live web answers with tappable, cited sources.

How it works

From “hey, can you…” to done.

No commands to memorize. Just say what you need, the way you’d say it to a person.

Connect

Open the Chat tab and tap the sparkle button. On first run, allow Calendar, Reminders, and Microphone access so the assistant can actually do things for you.

Say it — or type it

Type like you’d text a friend, or tap the blue mic button to dictate. Tap stop when you’re done — your words appear as text you can review before sending.

“Lunch with Mina on Friday at noon.” “Remind me to water the plants every Tuesday.”

Or go hands-free

Tap the waveform button to start a live voice conversation — the assistant listens, answers out loud, and gets things done mid-chat in virtually any language.

Watch it happen

The assistant confirms while a banner pops up and a preview card shows exactly what was created — tap the banner to jump straight to the new event, reminder, or alarm.

Stay in control

Texts and emails are always previewed before they send, deletions always ask first, and you can browse and edit everything by hand in the Events, Reminders, and Alarms tabs.

Use cases

Little moments it makes easier.

“What’s my day look like?”
Morning briefing. Your events, reminders, and the local forecast — in one spoken answer while you make coffee.
“Add a dentist appointment next Wednesday at 4.”
Hands-free capture. It’s on your calendar before you’ve parked the car — no typing, no app-switching.
“Add milk, eggs, and coffee to shopping.”
Grocery list. Three items filed into your Shopping list — not a brand-new list you’ll never find again.
“Set a 20-minute pasta timer.”
Kitchen timer. A countdown with a Live Activity you can pause from the Lock Screen with saucy fingers.
“Text Mom I’m on my way.”
Quick message. The right contact, the message drafted — you just review and tap send.
“How’s the weather in Jeju this weekend?”
Trip planning. A forecast card on the spot, web answers with sources when you need more — then put it on the calendar.
