Frequently asked questions
What is Schedule Assistant?
An AI-powered assistant for iPhone. You talk (or type) naturally — “lunch with Mina on Friday at noon” — and it creates the calendar events, reminders, alarms, and message drafts for you, using the native iOS apps you already have.
What do I need to run it?
An iPhone running iOS 26 or later and an internet connection for the AI features. Voice chat also needs microphone access. Calendar, Reminders, Contacts, and Location permissions are each optional — they just enable their related features.
Is it free?
Yes. The free plan includes every scheduling feature, plus 5 AI conversations, 5 web searches, and 5 weather lookups per day. Premium ($4.99/month or $49.99/year) removes those daily limits. See Pricing.
When do the free daily limits reset?
Every day at 7:00 AM your local time. Your remaining count is shown in Settings → Subscription.
How do I subscribe or restore a purchase?
Open the app's Settings tab → Subscription and choose a plan. Payment goes through your Apple ID. If you reinstalled the app or switched devices, tap Restore Purchases on that same screen.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple: go to iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Schedule Assistant → Cancel. You keep Premium until the end of the paid period. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com — sign in with your Apple ID, find the purchase, and choose “Request a refund”.
Which languages does it support?
The app's interface is available in English, Korean, and Spanish. The assistant itself understands and speaks virtually any language — just talk to it in yours.
Where are my conversations stored?
Conversations are kept only in memory while a session is active and are not saved — closing the app or starting a new conversation clears them. While a conversation is active, your voice and messages are processed by OpenAI to generate responses; we don't keep conversation content on our servers. Details in the Privacy Policy.
Why does the app list a Camera permission?
The WebRTC framework that powers real-time voice requires the camera declaration to exist, but Schedule Assistant never requests or uses the camera. You'll never see a camera permission prompt.
How do I delete my data?
Deleting the app removes everything stored on your device (chat history, settings). To also delete the anonymous usage counters on our server, email jaewoobyun1@gmail.com.
The assistant can't add an alarm to my reminder — why?
Reminder alarms need a due date (that's how iOS calculates when to ring). Give the reminder a date first — or just ask the assistant to add one — and the alarm option appears.
