1. Acceptance of these terms
By downloading or using Schedule Assistant (the “app”), you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your download from the App Store.
2. The service
Schedule Assistant is an AI-powered assistant for iPhone that helps you manage calendar events, reminders, alarms, messages, weather, and web searches through voice and text conversation. Using the app requires:
- an iPhone running iOS 26 or later,
- an internet connection for AI features, and
- the device permissions relevant to the features you use (Calendar, Reminders, Microphone, etc.).
Core scheduling features work on every plan; AI usage is metered as described in section 4.
3. AI-generated content
Responses are generated by an AI model and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. You are responsible for reviewing what the assistant creates or drafts on your behalf — including event times, reminder dates, alarm settings, and the content of messages and emails — before relying on it or sending it. The app is designed to help: messages always require your explicit confirmation before sending, and deletions ask first.
AI responses are not professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise).
4. Subscriptions & billing
Plans
| Plan | Price | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | All core features; 5 AI conversations, 5 web searches, and 5 weather lookups per day (limits reset at 7:00 AM local time) |
| Premium (monthly) | $4.99 / month | Unlimited AI conversations (fair use, ~200/month), unlimited web search and weather |
| Premium (Annual) | $49.99 / year | Same as Premium, billed once a year |
Prices are in U.S. dollars; the exact price in your region is shown in the App Store before purchase and may vary.
How billing works
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, through the App Store.
- Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- How to cancel: open iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Schedule Assistant → Cancel (or App Store → your profile → Subscriptions). Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Upgrades/changes: switching between monthly and annual is handled by the App Store, which prorates according to Apple's rules.
- Restore purchases: reinstalled or on a new device? Use Restore Purchases on the subscription screen in the app's Settings tab.
- Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us: request one at reportaproblem.apple.com or through your App Store purchase history. We cannot issue App Store refunds directly.
- Fair use: “unlimited” conversations are subject to a fair-use ceiling of approximately 200 conversations per month to protect service quality for everyone.
- Price changes: if a subscription price changes, Apple will notify you in advance and, where required, ask you to consent before you are charged the new price.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the app for unlawful purposes or to send unlawful, harassing, or deceptive messages;
- attempt to circumvent usage limits, subscription checks, or security measures;
- reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the service or its backend;
- use the service in a way that could disable, overburden, or impair it for others.
6. Intellectual property
The app, website, and their design, text, and graphics are owned by the developer of Schedule Assistant and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store terms. Content you create with the app (your events, reminders, messages) is yours.
7. Third-party services
The app relies on third-party services — including OpenAI (AI processing), Apple (App Store, WeatherKit, EventKit), Tavily (web search), and Cloudflare (backend hosting). Their availability is outside our control, and their own terms apply to their processing. Weather data is provided by Apple Weather (legal attribution).
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that AI output will be accurate or that the service will be error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of Schedule Assistant shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or missed appointments, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where consumer-protection law gives you the right to proceed in your place of residence.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Changes take effect when posted on this page with an updated effective date; material changes will be announced in the app or in release notes. Continuing to use the app after changes means you accept them.
